Cancellation policy

For all purchases done online within the European Union we offer a two week money back guarantee.

In case of return, the buyer pays the shipping costs of the shipping to the client and from the client (especially for insured shipping of expensive goods like bows and/or large items like double basses that were shipped with a forwarding agency). + 1% fee associated with Shopify and administrative works. Please see below for individual cases.

For purchases outside the EU a return of the purchase is not possible due to customs procedures. 

Bows return:

Please be informed that you have a period of two weeks to return your bow within the EU. By initiating the return process, you acknowledge that you will be responsible for covering the delivery costs for both the return and the initial shipment, in addition to a 1% fee associated with Shopify and € 45,- for administrative works. Thank you for your understanding.

Double basses return:

Please be informed that you have a period of two weeks to return your double bass within the EU. By initiating the return process, you acknowledge that you will be responsible for covering the delivery costs for both the return and the initial shipment, in addition to a 1% fee associated with Shopify and € 180,- for administrative works, packing and unpacking of the double bass.
