Refund policy

For all purchases done online within the European Union we offer a two week money back guarantee.

In case of return the buyer pays the shipping costs of the shipping to the client and from the client (especially for insured shipping of expensive goods like bows and/or large items like double basses that were shipped with a forwarding agency).

For purchases outside the EU a return of the purchase is not possible due to customs procedures.
