We keep our shipping straightforward so you know exactly what to expect:

Within Europe: from €800,00 - €1000,00 depending on the double bass value

Worldwide: from €1000,00 - €1200,00 depending on the double bass value

We ship 2 days upon receipt of payment with UPS Cargo Express airmail shipping

The estimated delivery time is 3 days within Europe and 7 days for International shipments.

Returns:

Bows return:

Please be informed that you have a period of two weeks to return your bow within the EU. By initiating the return process, you acknowledge that you will be responsible for covering the delivery costs for both the return and the initial shipment, in addition to a 1% fee associated with Shopify and € 45,- for administrative works. Thank you for your understanding.

Double basses return:

Please be informed that you have a period of two weeks to return your double bass within the EU. By initiating the return process, you acknowledge that you will be responsible for covering the delivery costs for both the return and the initial shipment, in addition to a 1% fee associated with Shopify and € 180,- for administrative works, packing and unpacking of the double bass. Thank you for your understanding.
